We are all differently challenged, mental illness can affect anyones life, be you rich, poor, educated, uneducated it is much like a bullet, it doesn't have a name, time, place or date on it; be it stress related or biological, there are resources available. I will share mental health information and some meditation techniques here on my blog that I do on my pod cast on “Talking with Donna” where you can listen to me on Spotify, ITunes, and Google podcast.
