We are all differently challenged, mental illness can affect anyones life, be you rich, poor, educated, uneducated it is much like a bullet, it doesn't have a name, time, place or date on it; be it stress related or biological, there are resources available. What is good about having a pet?
Everything… they don’t ask questions or talk back , and they emit a tremendous amount of love.
So here it is, Monday. As a matter of fact, it is normally mental health post in sight… I am finally feeling well enough to do somethings.
