What traditions have you not kept that your parents had?
Well my parents were born at a time where children were seen and not heard, you didn’t spare the rod and you did spoil the children. They continued that when we came along.
In saying this, those are some of the unspoken traditions that occurred in our home and you know you really didn’t noticed it, well at least I didn’t and looking back at most of the kids I grew up with they didn’t either. We didn’t care what they were talking about and at times we had our own little peoples business… jumping rope, playing red rover…you know things like that.
