We are all differently challenged, mental illness can affect anyones life, be you rich, poor, educated, uneducated it is much like a bullet, it doesn't have a name, time, place or date on it; be it stress related or biological, there are resources available. What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
It all depends on what I have to do. In saying this it is ok to say both times currently vary.

It depends , , , , I am up to wake Cheri 3 days at 5:45am, Sunday, Cheri and Hasan 9am, Other days 8:45 or 9:45, Howard wakes himself because he usually closes. The cats expect breakfast between 10am and 10:30. Dinner is anywhere between 10pm and 11pm. Last check is 2 hours after din din.
