What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
Which one fear, anger, & loneliness….there are more as the prompt put it “negative feelings” than I care to list…. these are the three that came to mind (of course I’m going to use cartoons and definitions ):
Fear:
According to online Merriam-Webster dictionary:

So my coping strategies is pause, breathe, look at it for what it is, find my happy place, what is supporting it….the whys if you will….

- Use a grounding object.
