Nope that’s not it, this was a funny but serious question and I really didn’t know what to answer because it can be soooo many triple things I think I cannot live without…….like Air

Water anyone

How about food, I must admit Garfield is doing a bit much,,,LOL

I can go on with the triple needs….. what about love, touch, feelings…No I won’t use cartoons for this as it would make this post ridiculously long…LOL

I know you understand…..for me (and probably you too!), there are fundamental things we as beings on this earth really cannot live without and those are the ones I would choose, the rest are garnishment for this life….like dressing on a salad.

So I am going to go off the written path for one or two sentences….I was just able to post my mental health post Atypical depression and it was a challenge that I just could not understand…..I was able to post it after still much difficulty at 2:45 this morning and it is 3:00 now. Ok it was 3 sentences….ok 4 if you count this one….opps 5…..LOL

The point is…… it is posted as you can see here…I am happy.
