Tell us about your favorite pair of shoes, and where they’ve taken you.

I have had more favorite pairs of shoes than I want to admit and this year because I am working gingerly and at a leisure rate….lol, I can wear flats, gym shoes or non-conforming foot wear…ok so you want to know one favorite pair of shoes….👠.

A beat up old pair of converse high tops, black that I wore to work in my last couple of years as My employment environment was lax on a milieu and you never knew when you have to be quick on your feet…seriously.

So….there you have it a raggedy pair of high top converse….

I have been in the field of mental health for over 30ty years. Incorporating meditation and yoga along with therapy as tools for mental health and eveyday life issues just makes sense, hence the word Mentaltation.

  1. when not barefoot, i love my fuzzy slides (as does my cat )  When i must go outside, work sketchers, and for cold weather – bear paws, are my go to foot wear.  the gift of comfortable feet is a BLESSING

      1. Anytime sister always support sisters I had lousy ones but I really good at finding them I take you in a minute. after all I’m exactly what everybody needs for a sister a tall white German Jew but Norwegian blood who is an empath and did I mention gay.
