What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?

Well people of a certain age have had many difficult decisions so I think it is totally unfair to ask me to pick one, I will though….

The first time I had to recommend a client for hospitalization. The client and I were working on grief in therapy. They were making therapeutic progress, coming, actively participating and maintaining their medication regimen. Their parent was ill and had been for many years. As my clients parents health began to quickly decline my client began missing appointments, not taking their medication and became combative to their partner.

For the safety of my client and others it was necessary for me to have them hospitalized, I had never had to make a call like that and haven’t since. I am grateful that the client was stabilized, began grief therapy and began their medication as their parent made their transition 7 months later.

At this time the client is no longer my client, I have heard they are doing quite well.

So,it is 1:00am again at least in my part of the Midwest…I will put yesterday where it belongs an sleep, as a better day awaits me as it does you in the marrow rest peacefully.

  2. See I hate this thought I was done Think bat is not a word I was heading for think back I believe the movie is the Karate Kid . Who was taught Karate the way we all are taught to change augmenting new skills.Bless your heart to stay strong in your first statement.

  3. Bless your heart taking your stand right out the gate with the truth! I’m si goad they added these questions in a way that these questions can build our ability to do content writing.Like the teacher in the Dojo though I can not recall the name of the movie and it had many rip offs of the first.I thinkbat three fifteen Iowa time
