If you had to give one life-changing tip, what would it be?
Peace isn’t the absence of problems. It is the presence of purpose, grace, and the decision to respond rather than react. Life will always bring challenges, disappointments, and unexpected turns, but we get to choose what we carry into those moments.
When you live in peace, you stop allowing anger, fear, and bitterness to control your life. You begin to protect your heart, your mind, and your spirit.
Peace gives you the clarity to make better decisions, the strength to forgive, and the courage to keep moving forward. But don’t stop there—give peace. Speak kindly. Listen without judgment. Offer encouragement instead of criticism. Be the calm in someone else’s storm. You never know what silent battle another person is fighting, and one peaceful word or act of kindness can change the direction of their day—or even their life.
The world doesn’t need more conflict. It needs more peacemakers.Choose peace every day. Share it generously. The peace you give away has a remarkable way of returning to you.Live in peace. Give peace. Change the world—one heart at a time.
“Nothing Is Happenstance,” because choosing peace is one of the intentional decisions that shapes both our lives and the lives of those around us.
I have been in the field of mental health for over 30ty years. Incorporating meditation and yoga along with therapy as tools for mental health and eveyday life issues just makes sense, hence the word Mentaltation.
