We are all differently challenged, mental illness can affect anyones life, be you rich, poor, educated, uneducated it is much like a bullet, it doesn't have a name, time, place or date on it; be it stress related or biological, there are resources available. What do you love about where you live?
When I was a child, the area in which I lived and grew up had life, (yes….I am a city girl….)….
before the female plants were removed….
There are still trees in the city… more concrete than trees in most areas than some….I currently am in an area that is more life than the city and that my dears is what I love about where I live….
Exchange some energy hug a tree….

I love being around people. even when I need to look over my shoulder. I love living in an urban area with a strip mall across the street (now even a grocery store) . I really love easy access to bus and rail transportation. I love having a Walgreens and 2 laundromats close by.
