We are all differently challenged, mental illness can affect anyones life, be you rich, poor, educated, uneducated it is much like a bullet, it doesn't have a name, time, place or date on it; be it stress related or biological, there are resources available. Create an emergency preparedness plan.
I don’t participate in things of this nature. Do I have an idea of one yes.
Ok seriously, I do have a plan contingent on the emergency and it is too many possible emergencies to tell here so you have to take my word for it.
