Do you have any collections?
If you have more than one item is that a collection…lol, I looked up the definition here we go…
So according to the Merriam-Webster Webster online dictionary this is the answer
1: the act or process of collecting the collection of data the collection of taxes
2: something collected
especially : an accumulation of objects gathered for study, comparison, or exhibition or as a hobby
a collection of poems
a collection of photographs
a baseball card collection
b: GROUP, AGGREGATEa collection of symptoms, such as fatigue, headaches, and joint pain
c: a set of apparel designed for sale usually in a particular seasonthe designer’s spring collection of dresses
So I guess in this frame of thought. Yes more than one item is a collection….(I already knew that….lol how can 1 thing be a collection?)
So on with my answer….if I am honest about this yes I do have many collections…lol
Let’s start with I have more than one child is that a collection….I don’t know ..it is more than one….
I have currently 5 dogs (remember in February my fur Babis had babies, I have 3 puppies and two adults, I was going to only keep 2 of the puppies, but…besides they are tiny and two only makes a half of a medium sizes fur baby….yes I am justifying keeping my babies…so, now what.)
I have a dozen of dresses is that a collection….I know I am being a bit absurd with the idea of collections…it tickles me pink….lol
I really do have a real life collection….I collect African Mask and have a whole wall of them from different countries in that continent, I do not purchase the ones they sale here, I actually go to the source.
I have been collecting them for over 30 years, my children grace me with them for birthdays, Christmas and other meaningful holidays.
So there you have it…
I am working on the part three of my mental health post, it’s more than late…I know….stay tuned.
Today is another day to begin again, that’s a good thing as yesterday is done….love yourself first then you can love someone else…
