Share a story about someone who had a positive impact on your life.

Not me and mine…lol, you get the pic though…lol

So if you guessed by the pic above that it is my grandchildren not child, I can say this about my children also….

There is to me nothing more impactful than these beautiful beings that grace me with their presence in my life.

They have shaped me into the me I am, that was and is very impactful.

That’s as much as I want to tell you….is that a story? Yep….lol

I have been in the field of mental health for over 30ty years. Incorporating meditation and yoga along with therapy as tools for mental health and eveyday life issues just makes sense, hence the word Mentaltation.

  1. More than 1 of course My Grandchildren – all 5 of them.  Afforded me the best opportunity of a lifetime.  And where would WE be without their father Hasan. Harold needs no explanation.  Got me through the rough times and then happy Maurice Haynes my most favorite person in the world.  My next door neighbor, 5th grade teacher and former president of Delta Sigma Theta grad chapter.
