We are all differently challenged, mental illness can affect anyones life, be you rich, poor, educated, uneducated it is much like a bullet, it doesn't have a name, time, place or date on it; be it stress related or biological, there are resources available. I will share mental health information and some meditation techniques here on my blog that I do on my pod cast on “Talking with Donna” where you can listen to me on Spotify, ITunes, and Google podcast. What do you do to be involved in the community?
Outside of being involved in the little things, I provide mental health services sometimes for free and always on a sliding scale.

Yes and it is still raining nothing like a good cleaning of the earth… that’s the positive me now on the other hand what the heck is really falling from the sky..man is evil… that’s the other side anyway how are you
