Leader, smeader,….Take me to yours…lol

What makes a good leader?

Seriously, what I will share we all have these qualities at sometime or another. Yet, not all of these characteristics at one time, well not if you are human or a living being.

Integrity enough to know when they are wrong, admit it, and move in a positive direction (morals, sound values…etc)

Commitment enough to accept assistance when and if needed and offer it when noticed.

Compassion with self and others, we all fall short of grace.

Gratitude because you have the ability to be, there is no one else like you.

Love for self and others, you don’t have to have this emotion on a regular bases, as it is one that ebbs and flows, as horrible as mankind can be, just think of how loving we can be and the real affect it would have if a leader had this…

Creativity…with no limits, just joy in the process of creating

Now, I can go on and on, I just think at this point this is enough. Good morning or Good evening or even Good night to some.
