I have been in the field of mental health for over 30ty years. Incorporating meditation and yoga along with therapy as tools for mental health and eveyday life issues just makes sense, hence the word Mentaltation.

Woolworth was a childhood staple for me and my friends.....none in Chicago any more.... Why did I have to come all the way to Germany to see one....lol Oh well...it is a beautiful day....I am going to drink my tea and enjoy the peace of this morning.... Donna
